The promotion is valid from May 8th to May 21st, 2026, inclusive.

🧩 Who is eligible?

To qualify, you must:

● Have an active and verified iCash.One account
● Be at least 18 years old
● Have received direct communication about this promotion
● Meet iCash.One’s internal eligibility criteria

💸 When will I receive the credit?

Eligible users will receive the credit automatically on May 8th, 2026.

⏳ How long is the credit valid?

The credit remains valid until May 21st, 2026.

Any unused amount will expire automatically after this date.

🚫 Can I withdraw the credit?

No. The credit is non-withdrawable and may only be used on the merchant websites specified in the promotional communication via the iCash.One app.

❗ Why didn’t I receive the credit?

You may not have received the credit if:

● You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
● Your account is not active or verified
● Your account is restricted or suspended
● You do not meet internal eligibility requirements
● You have already reached the monthly promotional reward cap

💰 Is there a reward limit?

Yes. Promotional rewards across all active campaigns are capped at USD 50 per calendar month (or local currency equivalent).

🙋 Do I need to activate the promotion?

No. If eligible, the credit will be added automatically.
