📌 What is the Cashback Plus May Promotion?

This is a limited-time promotion where eligible users can receive up to two cashback rewards on qualifying deposits made through iCash.One with affiliated merchants.

🗓️ When is the promotion available?

The promotion runs from May 6th to May 14th, 2026.

Only deposits completed during this period qualify.

💸 How does the cashback work?

The promotion has two reward tiers:

First Deposit Reward
Deposit at least USD 20 → Receive 20% cashback, up to USD 6

Second Deposit Reward
Deposit at least USD 40 → Receive 30% cashback, up to USD 10.60

You must complete the first qualifying deposit before becoming eligible for the second reward.

👤 Who can participate?

You must:

• Have an active and verified iCash.One account
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have received direct communication about the promotion

🔄 Can I split multiple deposits to qualify?

No.

Each reward applies to one single qualifying deposit that meets the required minimum amount.

⏳ When will I receive my cashback?

Cashback is credited automatically after your qualifying deposit is successfully completed.

In some cases, there may be a short technical or operational delay.

🚫 Can I withdraw the cashback?

No.

Promotional cashback can only be used within the iCash.One Digital Application with affiliated merchants.

❗ Why didn’t I receive my cashback?

Possible reasons:

• Your deposit was below the minimum required amount
• The deposit was made outside the promotion period
• You didn’t complete the first qualifying deposit before attempting the second reward
• Your account is restricted, suspended, or not verified
• You were not directly invited to participate
