⏳ How long does Gold Tier last?

Gold status remains active for two weeks from the date you receive the promotion notification.

After that, your tier status may change depending on your account activity and loyalty program requirements.

❓Why didn’t I receive the upgrade?

If you did not receive direct communication about this campaign, your account was not selected for this promotion.

Eligibility is determined internally by iCash.One based on transaction history and account status.
