The Welcome Boost Promotion is a limited-time offer where eligible users receive a one-time USD 5.55 credit (or local currency equivalent) in their iCash.One account.

🧩 Who is eligible for this promotion?

To qualify, you must:

• Have an active and verified iCash.One account
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have received direct communication from iCash.One about the promotion
• Meet internal eligibility requirements based on your account history

💸 When will I receive the credit?

The credit will be automatically added to eligible accounts on May 15th, 2026.

⏳ How long is the credit valid?

The credit remains valid until May 28th, 2026.

Any unused balance after this date will automatically expire.

🚫 Can I withdraw the promotional credit?

No. The credit is non-withdrawable and can only be used for transactions with eligible merchants through the iCash.One app.

❗ Why didn’t I receive the credit?

You may not have received it if:

• You did not receive direct communication about the promotion
• Your account is not verified
• Your account is restricted or suspended
• You do not meet the internal eligibility criteria

🙋 Do I need to claim the credit manually?

No. If eligible, the credit is applied automatically.

💰 Is there a limit to promotional rewards?

Yes. Promotional rewards across all active campaigns are capped at USD 50 per calendar month (or local currency equivalent).
