📌 What is the Extra10 Promotion?

The Extra10 Promotion is a limited-time offer from iCash.One that rewards eligible users with 50% Cashback on an eligible Top Up made through the iCash.One Digital Application.

To participate, users must receive a valid Promo Code from iCash.One, enter it in the app before completing their Top Up, and meet all eligibility requirements.

The cashback is calculated automatically based on the Top Up amount and is capped at a maximum total reward of USD 10 (or the equivalent in local currency, as determined by iCash.One's system conversion rates).

🧩 Who is eligible?

To participate in the promotion, you must:

• Have an active iCash.One account.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have successfully completed all required identity verification procedures.
• Have an account that is not suspended, restricted, or closed at the time of participation.
• Have received a valid Promo Code directly from iCash.One or through an authorized iCash.One communication channel.

Please note that iCash.One reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a user qualifies as an eligible participant.

🎟️ How do I redeem the Promo Code?

Before completing your Top Up in the iCash.One app, enter the Promo Code in the designated field.

The Promo Code must be applied before the transaction is completed. If you enter the code after your Top Up has already been processed, the transaction will not qualify for cashback and the reward cannot be applied retroactively.

💸 How much cashback will I receive?

Eligible users receive 50% Cashback on the amount of their qualifying Top Up.

The maximum total cashback available under this promotion is USD 10 (or the equivalent in local currency). Once you reach this limit, no additional cashback will be granted under this promotion, even if you complete more eligible Top Ups during the promotion period.

⏳ When will I receive my cashback?

For eligible transactions, the cashback is credited automatically to your iCash.One account immediately after the Top Up is successfully completed.

In some cases, there may be a short delay due to technical or processing reasons.

📆 How long is the promotion available?

The promotion begins on June 30th, 2026.

Once you receive your Promo Code, it remains valid for 24 hours. Your eligible Top Up must be completed within that period and the Promo Code must be entered before completing the transaction.

🚫 Can I combine this promotion with other promotions?

No. Unless iCash.One expressly states otherwise, rewards earned through the Extra10 Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

❗ Why didn't I receive my cashback?

There are several reasons why cashback may not have been awarded, including:

• The Promo Code was entered after the Top Up had already been completed.
• The Promo Code was invalid, expired, or not applicable to your account.
• You did not meet the eligibility requirements for the promotion.
• Your account was suspended, restricted, closed, or had not completed identity verification.
• You had already reached the maximum cashback limit of USD 10 under this promotion.
• The Top Up did not qualify under the promotion's Terms and Conditions.
