Looking to update the email address associated to your iCash.One account?

You can change the email registered to your iCash.One account directly from the app by following a simple, secure verification flow.

How it works

Open the iCash.One app and go to Personal data.
Under Your account data, find the Email row and tap the Validate button.
On the Verify email screen, you can edit your email address.
Tap Tap to resend to receive a code, then enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
If the code is correct, the app will redirect you to the home screen and your change will be saved. When you return to Personal data, you will see your new email address updated.

Important: For security reasons, this process includes verification steps (such as one-time codes) to confirm you have access to the email address and to keep your account protected.
