Changing your birth date

If your date of birth was entered incorrectly during registration or verification, you can update it directly in the iCash.One app. Please note that it can only be changed once, so make sure the new date matches your identity document to avoid inconveniences in the future. 

 

1. Open the iCash.One app and go to Personal data.
2. Find the Date of birth field and tap the edit option.
3. Enter the correct date of birth (as shown on your ID) and confirm.
4. If the validation is successful, the change will be applied immediately. 

• The date of birth can be changed only one time. 
• The new date of birth must match your identity document.
