Why restrictions happen
To protect your account if we notice unusual activity.
To update or verify your information (such as ID documents or personal data).
When we identify activity that doesn’t comply with our Terms and Conditions.
How long restrictions last
There’s no single timeframe. In some cases, restrictions are lifted quickly once the necessary checks are completed. In others, we may need additional documents, and the review can take longer. Certain restrictions can also be permanent.
👉 If your account is ever restricted, you’ll see a notification in the app explaining the reason and, whenever possible, the next steps.
