I forgot my password

No worries, you can reset your password directly from the iCash.one app in just a few minutes.

• Open the app and start the login process.
• Enter the phone number linked to your account.
• Choose the option Forgot password?
• We’ll send you a verification code by SMS.
• Enter the code, then set and confirm your new password.

A couple of tips

• Make sure you type your password exactly as you created it, uppercase, lowercase, and even spaces are taken into account.
• If instead of a password you had created a PIN and can’t remember it, select Forgot PIN? and follow the steps shown on screen to recover it.
